Do I need an account?
No. The current app has no account or sign-in system. Your travel archive is primarily stored on your device.
Are my photos private?
Your saved memories and photos are private by default. Regular memory photos stay on your device unless you explicitly use an upload feature. Images you attach to feedback may be uploaded so we can review your request.
What if I change or lose my phone?
The current app does not provide account-based cloud sync. Do not assume that your archive will appear on a new phone. Keep separate copies of important photos and memories, and contact support before removing the app or resetting your device if you need help.
Can I download RICORTU now?
Public App Store and Google Play downloads are not available yet. Join the waitlist to hear about the release. Joining does not guarantee a testing place or a release date.
Will RICORTU be free?
Launch pricing has not been announced. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to a purchase. We will explain pricing before any paid offer becomes available.
